Delivery and Returns:

We aim to make delivery as simple as possible. Orders can be shipped to your home or workplace.
Delivery times are calculated on working days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next working day. During bank holidays or the Christmas period, please allow extra time.
All UK orders include free shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or MyHermes. Typical handling time: 0–1 day; transit time: 3–4 days.
Next-day delivery can be arranged for an additional charge via Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
If an item is out of stock, delivery may take 3–8 working days. During high-volume periods, please allow 4 days before contacting us. Each item will be attempted for delivery twice; subsequent delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
Our returns policy is designed to keep costs low and make the process easy for you. You must contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RA number will not be refunded.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Returns are processed within 7 working days once goods are received. Items must be in their original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories. If our labels are removed, the warranty becomes void.
We recommend fully ensuring your return shipment and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a free returns link.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods:

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order is missing, incorrect, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If an item is faulty, it will be prioritised for inspection. Where possible, the item will be repaired; otherwise, a replacement will be arranged. All delivery charges for incorrect items will be refunded.
Please note that the package remains the sole responsibility of the buyer until received by us. If a return parcel is lost in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to initiate a claim with the courier.

Export Restrictions:

We currently ship worldwide. For any special export requests, please contact us with your requirements.

Dealer’s Stamp:

All watches sold by RJJEWELLERY LTD are 100% original and authentic. We are official authorised stockists of several brands listed on our website; for others, we are independent retailers.
Some watches may therefore not include a dealer’s stamp, as RJJEWELLERY LTD is not an “official” high-street dealer for all brands.
Official dealers are bound by brand contracts and must charge full RRP (up to 70% higher). As an independent online retailer, we offer customers the best possible prices.

Warranty Repair:

All warranty work is completed within 4–8 weeks. Customers are kept informed throughout the process. Upon receipt, items are assessed within 7 days. Repairs are carried out by our Authorised Repair Centre, and all work is fully checked, tested, and guaranteed. Shipping costs for sending the item to us are the responsibility of the buyer.

We have implemented appropriate security measures to ensure your personal data is protected. RJJEWELLERY LTD uses standard encryption and firewall systems to safeguard information. During checkout, we collect only the personal details necessary for order processing and communication.
