  • Are Your Watches Supplied With Original Boxes?

    All our watches are Brand New and supplied with Official Brand Gift Boxes, with All Official Paperwork exactly as you would receive them if you were to purchase them from a high street retailer. An example picture of product packaging is listed on each item listing. We do not sell loose, unboxed watches.

  • Can I return it?

    Yes. You can return regular purchases for up to 14 days after delivery for peace of mind, but you can also extend the return policy should you require for a certain date. If you wish to Extend the returns policy please state the date you require in the notes section at checkout once placing Order and we shall honour 30 day return from this date.

  • Is it Guaranteed?

    We guarantee every watch we sell for at least 2 years, longer if the manufacturer's guarantee exceeds 2 years. The details of our guarantee policy on each product page. Yes all items carry either a direct manufacturers warranty for 1, 2 or 3 years or alternatively for brands we are third party stockists for our own 2–5 year seller warranty. Our warranty is a mirror of the original manufacturer warranty. If there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you.

    RJJewellery has well-established relationships with a number of wholesale, Jewellery and Distributor partners enabling us to secure great savings which in turn we pass on to our customers. As a result, we are able to offer substantial discounts, in some cases up to 65% off RRP.

  • Who Do You Use To Ship Your Item?

    All orders are shipped via trusted UK carriers such as Royal Mail and MyHermes, fully insured and tracked. International orders are securely packaged, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

  • When will my Order Ship?

    We dispatch orders within 0–1 working day. Standard UK delivery takes 3–4 working days via Royal Mail or Evri, with Next Day delivery available at an extra cost.

  • When Will I Be Refunded?

    All Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date the watch is returned back to us. Also, we normally always process sooner.
