Returns & Refund Policy

At RJJEWELLERY LTD, we understand the importance of finding the perfect timepiece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team at info@rjwatches.co.uk with your order number to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Please note: Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and protective stickers intact.
  • Returns must include all original boxes, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • If our labels or seals are removed from the product, the warranty becomes void.
  • We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service and keeping proof of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us immediately. Once verified, we will provide a free return label and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to availability. If you’d like to exchange your watch for another model from our All Watches Collection, our team will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect match.
