We offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all our watches. Every order is shipped with care and insured for full value, giving you complete peace of mind from checkout to doorstep. Monday to Friday, Order cut off 12 AM, Order Handling time: 0-1 Day, Transit time: 3-4 days via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for and MyHemres.

For those who prefer a faster option, we also provide Express Delivery at a small additional cost. All deliveries are tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched with Interlink Express and Royal Mail Special Del.

International Delivery

We proudly ship our luxury designer watches to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Every international order is packaged securely and insured for full value.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand the importance of choosing the perfect timepiece. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you may return your unworn watch within 14 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care info@rjwatches.co.uk team with your order number. Returned items must be unused, with all original packaging and protective stickers intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
